The Anthology Presents: The B-Side. A Hip-Hop Comedy Show

  • The Peoples Improv Theater 123 East 24th Street New York, NY (map)

If the A-Side is for the songs you know; the B-Side is for the deep cuts you wish you knew. And by deep cuts, we mean, improv, sketches and more that would never be on an album.

For one night only, The Anthology presents The B-Side: A comedy show. With giveaways, sketches, rap battles and other performances, inspired by the life and music of some of Hip-Hop's greats! This month's muse in the building* was once called Makaveli but you probably know him better as Tupac!

Characters by Frank Hejl (UCB Theater) and Elke Reid (The PIT)

Stand up by Phil Burke (Destroy All Humans)

And the Anthology Players:

Monique MosesBernard Maynore, Jon McDermott, and Michelle Francesca Thomas

Plus YOU can be a part of the show:
Challenge Douglas Widick who returns to defend his rap battle title or play "Where Dem Dollas" At Trivia Game  and win CASH.

Produced by Michelle Francesca Thomas.
*Tupac will not actually be "in the building" unless we create another hologram. He is dead but his music is still alive.
